The five scoring dimensions
Each product is scored out of 10 on five weighted dimensions: hardware & performance (slope, cutting width, runtime), navigation & perception (RTK, LiDAR or pure vision, obstacle avoidance), user experience (installation, app, noise), value for money, and durability & after-sales. The weighted blend produces the overall score you see on cards such as the Husqvarna Automower 450X NERA and the Segway Navimow X390.
Where the data comes from
We aggregate hands-on reviews from leading video reviewers, established overseas test sites, and manufacturer material published at industry trade shows. Sales figures are estimates triangulated from company reports, channel checks and shipment data — see our Top 20 manufacturer ranking for the company-level view.
How often rankings change
